The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) allows consumers to exercise greater control over how businesses collect, process and disclose their personal data. This privacy law specifically applies to organizations doing business in California that collect consumers’ personal information.

SubVerse AI gives the highest priority to the data privacy of its customers. In compliance with the CCPA, effective from April 1, 2020, SubVerse AI hereby confirms upon the data privacy and control given to all of our customers over how we collect, use and disclose their personal information.

We have updated our Privacy Policy, DPA & Terms of Service documentation that elucidates our approach towards CCPA. We acknowledge that the CCPA will help us enable stronger protection of data and provide our customers more control over their data.
